Sept 2026: Publication of ‘Cohering system change at scale’

Insights from our experience of ‘softwiring’ in Suffolk and North East Essex ICS are part of a new guide to ‘Cohering system change at scale’ published online in September 2026 by partners including FixOurFood, Food for the Future North Yorkshire, Moving North Yorkshire, Engaged Futures, and the NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB and the Transformations Community. The guide, which I am very pleased to be part of as a co-author, offers a practical, integrated approach to cohering transformation at scale. It is written for facilitators, conveners, and leaders seeking to bring diverse actors together in support of systemic change.
